China is a big ocean fishing country, however, with offshore environmental deterioration and fishery resources depletion, encouraging the development of pelagic fishing is a new growth point to foster the ocean fishing industry. For “relieving the pressure of China's fishing and stimulating the development of pelagic fishing”, Dalian Yixiang Fisheries has developed pelagic fishing in Oman with friendly cooperation and mutual benefit to jointly promote the economic development of both countries.

Oman is rich in fishery resources with a coastline of 1,700 km. It is estimated that the reserves exceed 2.3 million tons per year, fish and crustaceans exceed 150 varieties. And there are about 35 species of fish like sardines, tuna, grouper, cuttlefish and octopus,etc.

In addition, the company investigated the fishery resources in Dominican Republic in order to broaden the development of enterprise. It is understood that Dominica is bordered by Haiti in the west, south Caribbean Sea, north to the Atlantic, and its coastline is 1,350 kilometers long. Dominica is adjacent to many well-known world fishing grounds with abundant resources of sardines, tuna, mackerel, code and a variety of shrimps. We get in touch with the Vice Ministry of Fisheries through overseas Chinese friends, and learn about Dominica's laws and regulations and local fisheries policies. Although, this project is under investigation, we have confidence with it.
